- Account Managers will get to know you and your needs, guide through each stage in the decision process and present you with a range of options to meet your turnaround, budget and other expectations.
- Project Managers take care of the translation process itself, through selection of suitably-qualified and experienced translators, reviewers, copy editors and where necessary consultants. They will set up your projects in an efficient and agile way, using the latest CAT tools with all available reference materials and guidelines, monitoring each stage of the process to ensure that your deadlines and expectations are met.

Our Sales and Account Management Team
Three dedicated Account Managers bring a range of experience, skills, cultures and languages to their engagement. They are united however by a passion for language and translation, and adhere to the values of respect, transparency, reliability and responsibility when engaging with our clients and partners. We will guide you from first contact, responding to you enquiries, presenting offers and solutions, through to monitoring your translation projects at each stage, through to post-completion tasks and gauging your ultimate satisfaction.
All staff have an educational background in languages or linguistics, and we have team members who can correspond and speak with you not just in English and Polish, but also German, Dutch, Italian, French and Hungarian. We understand well the translation process and the range of options available to deliver what you need and by when you need it.
Our Production & Project Management Team
Our dedicated team of project managers have many years of experience in the language services industry, and will expertly oversee and manage your projects. The production team also includes our reviewers, proof-readers, editors and specialists in document design and formatting, supported by a Partner Manager who ensures there is always a suitable and adequate supply of linguistic resources available whatever the task or language pairing.
Their work is not just about selecting the right team for a particular project, whether it’s a certified translation needed in court for tomorrow, or an annual report translation from English into French, and returning it to the client once complete.
We might be faced with a sudden requirement to speed up the completion of a project, optimise resources available to us, or in court submissions and pleadings scrupulously implement last minute changes in the source documents, resolve vital terminological uncertainties that might arise between translators and end-client, our production team is always on hand in every situation to find solutions and deliver on our commitments.
